I am a licensed clinical social worker and use a psychodynamic approach to create a warm, nurturing and secure environment for my clients. I treat a range of issues across the lifespan including generalized anxiety and depression, postpartum anxiety and depression, loss, grief and intimacy issues.
By forming strong bonds, I enable clients to explore feelings, thoughts and behaviors to foster growth and positive change. Together we will work to help you free yourself from the familial, cultural and social expectations that often constrain us and become internalized truths.
